The African American Art Collection features key images of religion, African Heritage, and legendary moments in African American history to vividly tell the story of a rich African Culture, and a beautiful tone o family within the African American community.

As we travel through history within the African American Culture, Hulis Mavruk, highlights important moments and key figures in time with "March to Freedom" which is a painting of Martin Luther King Jrand the historcal march to Selma, a key moment in the civil rights movement. In one of his most important pieces, "Great Thinkers" , Hulis Mavruk places side by side Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr., the first artist to put these men together.
Finally to modern day, the incredible image of Barack and Michelle Obama, the first African American family in the White House.
